The Events Program

Three tiers. One public calendar.

Local activations, corporate sponsored deployments, and international showcases, each published on a structured schedule the community can see.

Tier 1 · Local

Local Event Activations & Community Schedules

Direct community agendas, board hearings, and neighborhood pop-up schedules, created and managed directly by the owner.

Agendas

3-month published calendars

Every station operates on a structured 3-month agenda, published in advance so residents always know when and where the café will be.

Civic

Board hearings & community dates

Community board sessions and public hearings appear on the same calendar, keeping the project's civic process visible to everyone.

Pop-ups

Neighborhood activations

Pop-up service days at parks, plazas, and school events across the Phase I zones, scheduled with the residents who petitioned for them.

Tier 2 · Corporate

Corporate Sponsorship & Union-Backed Deployments

A sponsored corporate deployment framework, with our union presence positioned prominently in front.

Week 1

Advertised in advance

Each sponsored deployment is advertised for one full week before service begins, at the site and on the platform.

Week 2

Active on site

The unit serves on site for one week, branded for the sponsor, such as KeyBank, with coffee and pastries served to the sponsor's customers and neighbors.

Rotation

Biweekly rotation

Deployments rotate on a biweekly schedule, giving multiple sponsors and multiple neighborhoods a place in the program.

Tier 3 · International

International Showcases & Global Activations

High-end cultural activations and fashion show presentations spanning Reykjavik, Iceland, Paris, France, and international network hubs.

Planned

Structured event profiles

Every station, corporate, and international event will get its own profile page with schedule, location, and details, in the style of major international conference sites.
