Community Stakeholder Focus
$3.00 to $3.50

A premium cup at a neighborhood price

Structured to encourage genuine local participation, shared opportunity, and sustainable economic equity. Quality without the inflated cost, with ownership and jobs staying in Harlem.

The Board's Question

What makes Bike Café different?

Every board asks it. Here is the answer, in four parts.

Permission first

We asked before we built.

Most vendors arrive and apply. Bike Café spent 30 months in community board review and petitioned block by block, earning a written Letter of Support before serving a single cup.

Ownership stays local

A stakeholder model, not a franchise from outside.

The company is structured for local participation and small business ownership, so the economics of every cup stay in the neighborhood that voted for it.

Fair price, real quality

$3.00 to $3.50, locally sourced.

High-quality coffee, ice cream, bagels, and pastries at a price residents can actually pay every day. Accessibility is the product.

A technology backbone

No cart on the street has this.

Station delivery app, real-time unit monitoring, published operating agendas, and an online store, run on tier-one civic technology infrastructure.
